Charity Christian Community Church adheres to current COVID guidelines.
Our founding pastor Reverend Vernell Stornes and his wife Gwendolyn Stornes prayed and asked the Lord to direct them on making more of a positive impact on the community through God’s ministry. After much fasting and fervent prayer, Pastor Stornes and his wife were blessed to purchase the property and building located at 4348 Coleman Rd, Memphis, TN 38128!
On July 27, 2012, Charity Christian Community Church was officially established as a religious non-profit organization. The inaugural service was held on July 29, 2012 and our day of Pentecost took place on August 12, 2012. We had our first baptism on the morning of September 9, 2012 and still offer baptismal services today.
Since our establishment, God has blessed us to remodel the church by adding a kitchen, storage closets, pastoral office and painting the church walls……and we are still anticipating more changes in the future for Charity Church.
We love all families, friends, and visitors; so, don't hesitate on worshipping with us, come join us at 11 a.m. for our morning worship service!
